Benevolence Committee
Benevolence is an act of kindness the Club extends to members during sickness and death. The Benevolence Committee is responsible for sending cards to sick members and during the passing of a member or their immediate family.

During Sickness . . .
Members receive a get-well greeting when their illness has been reported to the Committee. A one-time cash disbursement is included following a member's admission to the hospital for a night or longer. One cash disbursement is provided per calendar year.

In the event of a member's death, the member's family receives a card and one-time cash disbursement. When a member loses an immediate family member, a sympathy card is sent to the member.
